Neil Pedersen, Esq.

Neil Pedersen is an adjunct professor creating the Law Practice Management and Technology course at Western State College of Law in Fullerton, California. Neil is serving on the executive committee of the State Bar of California’s Section on Law Practice Management and Technology. Neil has served as Chair of the Orange County Bar Association’s Solo and Small Firm Section as well as serving on its board and various other officer positions.

Neil has published numerous articles on law practice management topics, including time management, attorney as employer, efficient procedures, and employment law.
